Delete your account

You can permanently delete your account and everything stored against it at any time, from inside the app or from here. Nothing is kept back.

From inside the app (fastest)

  1. Open your profile, the avatar in the top corner of the Home screen.
  2. Tap Delete account at the foot of that screen. (It is also under About this build → Delete account.)
  3. Confirm. Your account and data are removed immediately.

Can't sign in?

Enter the email on your account and we'll send it a 6-digit code, so we know the request is really from you. Once you enter the code we file your deletion request. Our team reviews it and confirms by email once your account has been removed.

What gets deleted

Your profile, your question history, your saved answers, your reading progress and streak, your prayer log and your usage records are permanently removed. Subscription billing history retained by Apple or Google is governed by their policies. Anonymized analytics that can no longer identify you may be retained.

Cancel your subscription first

Deleting your Quranova account does not cancel a Quranova Plus subscription. The App Store and Google Play hold the billing, so it keeps renewing until you cancel it there. On iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions. On Android: Play Store → your profile picture → Payments and subscriptions. A free trial started in the App Store or Google Play is a subscription too: cancel it there, or it becomes a paid plan when the trial ends.
